Loss of vision (partial or total)
Severe eye pain or burning
Physical injury or trauma to the eye

We accept most major medical insurances (Anthem, Medicare, Aetna, etc). For vision plans, we are in-network with VSP and Eyemed. Some vision plans, like Superior Vision, Davis or Spectera may have out-of-network benefits. We are happy to fax your receipt to your plan for reimbursement. Call us to check in-network status!
